Agent Coulson lives Proof
Spoilers if you haven’t seen the avengers movie but you really should have by now. Shame on you if you haven’t. But in the avengers agent Phil Coulson dies bringing tears to alot of fan boys.
But in the Ultimate spiderman animated series, agent coulson is alive. The ultimate spiderman series is supposed to be set in the avengers movie universe with the avengers assemble animated series based on the movie avengers, set to be realeased soon which ties in with ultimate spiderman. If anymore “proof” was needed I don’t know what you need.

Unfortunately the Ultimate Spider-man cartoon was made before The Avengers movie so I don’t believe this is 100% solid proof but it’ll do for me. Huzzah!
