Who or What is Alpha?!
Another day, another tight teaser from Marvel and the Amazing Spider-man team. Who or what is Alpha and what does it have to do with issue #692 of Amazing Spider-man? I believe this is something to do with the 50th anniversary of Spidey and given that Alpha is the first letter of the alphabet I’m assuming it has something to do with Spidey’s origins. I love the smell of retcon in the morning…or afternoon as it would now appear to be…where does the time go? Has Dan Slott got the balls to revisit the clone saga? Maybe this Alpha is actually the original Peter Parker and we’ve been dealing with a clone all this time? Maybe Alpha is the Spider that originally bit Peter and now it’s all grown up, pissed off and wants to take back some of that radioactive mojo? Got a theory? Stick it in the comments below web-heads.
